was a factor. >>> a suspect wanted in connection with san jose's 41st homicide has been found dead. troy edward was found dead inside his car this afternoon, in san ba nino county. it appears he committed suicide. >>> homicide detectives in oakland are investigating the shooting there that left a teenager dead, witnesses say a car pulled up next to the victim's vehicle after 7:00 p.m., on the court. the gunman got out, fired several rounds in to the vehicle. the 18 year old victim died there at the scene. the oakland tribune reports the victim was in h is car outside his home and shot. police haven't made arrests. >>> crews rushed to a fire this morning that destroyed a mobile home. it broke out after 11:00 a.m. the home was engulfed in flames by the time firefighters arrived. nobody was hurt, and officials say the fire does not appear to be suspicious. >>> firefighters are busy with a two alarm house fire in newark. viewers sent us this video taken as firefighters were getting on the scene. the fire on serve rine started on the side of the garage. workers were doing renovation and noticed the

victory for minimum wage earners here in san jose. let's talk about measure "d." that's the minimum wage measure in san s leading with the majority of precincts reporting. with the presumed passage of measure d, the hourly rate will go up $2 an hour from the state rate of $8 to $10 an hour. those for measure d argue this was a moral necessity given how expensive it is to live in silicon valley. others say it will hurt the market as higher wages force companies to cut back on hiring. measure e. that's the measure. around 60% have said no. measure e would have allowed san jose's two card rooms to add more gaming tables resulting in more tax revenue for the city. proponents saying as much as $5 million more a year for things like plisholice, fire and libra. opponents argue card rooms would have added more crime. coming up, reaction from mayor chuck read not only about those two measures but about council woman rose herrera winning last night. that story coming up. meantime, reporting live here in san jose, bob rodell "today in the bay." >>> let's get the weather out there. the reality of fa

on the in the search for a killer in the south bay. police san jose found the body of troy nosenzo this afternoon, the day after police say he killed his wife. officers say they found him in his car parked on the side of the road on highway 129 south of gilroy. they believe he committed suicide by overdosing on sleeping pills. his wife, tra tricia nosenzo was found dead yesterday in the couple's home in san jose. they did say someone called 911 around 5:30 in the morning and then hung up. troy and patricia had been married for 27 years. family members say they had been going through marital problems but nothing they thought would lead to this. >>> the oakland raiders are in baltimore preparing for tomorrow's game against the ravens and they'll play with heavy hearst. a defensive line coach's son died. terrell williams' 4-year-old son tyson suddenly became sick and died last night at oakland children's hospital. the head coach dennis allen released a statement today saying "we're all deeply saddened by the passing of tyson son and our deepest sympathies go out to terrell and his entire family." th

and the update on the investigation there to the case. >> reporter: yeah. i checked in with the san jose police department spokesperson for the update on this case. they are still search for a second suspect or at least that's what was happening all this week as they released a sketch on that expect now hee mailed me back and said per the homicide unit we aren't confirming or denying any new information. that came after i asked them if an arrest had been made. >> the man was shot and killed last week. one of the suspects a 26-year- old was in court wednesday. police say he and another man robbed four businesses, murdered a 22-year-old in a carjacking and participated in a shoot out with two officers one of the officers was hit and taken to the hospital with minor injuries. willbanks was arrested the next morning. officers released a sketch of the second suspect, a 20,000- dollar reward is being offered for his arrest. the funeral for the victim is being held this morning at 11. we will continue to talk to police and ask them about updates on that second suspect and bring you new information on
